You need a speaker that can talk Tech with you techies and make the technical stuff understood by non techies, then Jim Louis is the speaker for you.  Jim Louis holds a B.S. from Minnesota State University, Mankato  in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with minors and Speech Communication and Chemistry.  He has also complete the course work for a M.S. in Multidisciplinary Studies in Speech Communication, Educational Foundations and Psychology.  Jim started working with computers when he was Nine on an Apple II+.  In third grade he was doing advanced Basic programming.  Jim started his first business on the internet in 1994.  He learned HTML, ColdFusion, PHP, ASP, JavaScript and SQL the hard way from books and hard work.  He is a renaissance man who works in the business world, a photographer, actor, webmaster, and sports fanatic.  

Jim Speaks on Many Topics dealing with Technology and the Meetings Profession to Building Employee Satisfaction.  Need to work with cultural differences in the workplace from ethnic diversity to generational issues.
